Our Story
Yambuka Housing was born from a simple yet powerful vision: every Namibian deserves a safe, dignified home.
Founded by Twapewa Kadhikwa, Yambuka Housing emerged as a response to Namibia's critical housing crisis. With over 300,000 housing units needed and traditional homes averaging N$1.46 million—far beyond the reach of most Namibians—we knew there had to be a better way.
We discovered that better way in SI-Panel technology—a revolutionary building system that combines speed, affordability, and quality. But technology alone wasn't enough. We also created in-house financing solutionsspecifically designed for informal workers and those excluded from traditional banking.
Today, with over 1,000 Namibians registered, we're not just building houses—we're building hope, dignity, and a path to homeownership for families across Namibia.
